No Refunds on Opened Skincare Products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on skincare products that have been opened or used. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(e)) which exempts sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Sealed & Unopened Products
If your product is sealed and completely unopened, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at williamecombrand@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
