Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

 

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium: Free shipping over EUR 40 - delivery in 1-3 business days. Under EUR 40 ships for EUR 3.95.

Rest of Europe: EUR 6.95, delivery in 3-7 business days. Free on orders over EUR 75.

International: Calculated at checkout, 7-14 business days.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
